About AHWS
AHWS Owner, Cody Stevenett is a Red Seal Journeyman B-Pressure Welder. Cody holds an extensive list of CWB welding tickets, industry-related safety tickets, corporate orientations and trade-specific training, as well as being a certified Canadian Welding Bureau Welding Supervisor.
Family Owned and Operated
Antler Hill Welding Services Ltd. was founded in 2007 by Cody Stevenett. Cody was born and raised on the family farm on the foothills of Antler Hill near Innisfail, AB. By the age of 20, he had achieved his Journeyman Red Seal Welding Ticket. Later that year, Cody purchased his first welding truck and Antler Hill Welding Services Ltd. was incorporated. In the beginning, Cody balanced sub-contracting for a local pipeline company with completing a multitude of jobs after-hours to gain a solid customer base.
In the spring of 2008, AHWS began renting a shop on the farm Cody where Cody was raised for fabrication projects while maintaining a mobile rig. Over the next several years the company grew to purchase the shop and farm. The shop underwent two expansions to gain additional space and facilities.
In the summer of 2021 the business began to expand to the current location in Innisfail, Alberta. The facility provides ample space, crane systems and easy access off Highway #2. AHWS currently offers a fleet of welding rigs as well as a fabrication shop and yard facilities.
Cody and his wife Amanda share the responsibilities of operating the business as well as raising their 3 busy children. Amanda was raised on a farm near Spruce View, AB and graduated from Olds College with a Business Administration Certificate and completed the Event Management Certificate from Mount Royal University. Together they aspire to model and instill hard work, integrity and ethics for their children.

Safety Accreditations
Antler Hill Welding Services Ltd. is certified with the Canadian Welding Bureau and a member in good standing with the Canadian Welding Association. AHWS not only has an intricate in-house safety program but also carries WCB coverage for every employee as well as 5 million commercial liability insurance. Our team of highly skilled tradespeople carries a comprehensive long list of safety tickets and orientations. AHWS is capable and willing to acquire additional training/safety tickets for site-specific projects and requirements.
